LEM are undergoing a complete review of our WHS systems and recently achieved certification to AS/NZS 4801:2001.

Environmental Policy

LEM has developed a policy that intergrates with our Quality Assurance system involving consistency in environmental auditing of potential threats to the environment. Our practices are delivered in a manner that continues to strive for a sustainable environment for future generations.

Environmental Compliance

LEM strives to meet all environmental compliance in accordance with the NSW Code of Practice - Water Supply, and Australian Standard AS3500.1 - 2002, National Plumbing & Drainage Code - Section 4, Cross Connections Control & Backflow Prevention and the NSW Protection of the Environment Act – 2002.

Environmental Statement

LEM is committed to operating in an environmentally responsible manner, continually working towards improving its environmental performance. Protection of the environment from pollution and conservation of natural resources are the principal objective of LEM’s environmental strategy. LEM is committed but not restricted to: Adopting design standards and work practices that prevent or minimize pollution, Addressing all relevant legal and regulatory requirements, Addressing all government policy and community concerns, Adhering to the principal of ESD, Ensuring staff’s commitment to protecting the environment. LEM’s environmental objective is achieved through the development and implementation of our environmental system. Employees are given training, resources and motivation to integrate care for the environment into their responsibilities and work ethic.

Quality Assurance

The Luhrmann Environment Management Consulting Group - a member of the L.M.G. Group of Companies - currently implements a Quality Assurance Program. It is our intention to extend this to include Luhrmann Environment Management Pty Limited once Luhrmann Management Group (L.M.G) Consulting has gained accreditation.
